Following the footprint of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath, Malegaon blast accused Pragya Singh Thakur on Thursday went on a Temple run the day after the Election Commission of India (ECI) imposed a ban on her refraining her from campaigning for 72 hours.
Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur BJP candidate from Bhopal constituency reached Bhavani Mata temple at peer gate in Bhopal and after performing aarti and singing hymns in the presence of BJP leaders she headed to Gufa mandir at Lal Ghati. Later she headed to the gaushala and offered fodder to the cows and calves there.
The election commission of India sought a ban on Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur after alleged remarks against the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack Martyr Hemant Karkare and against the demolition of Babri Masjid.
