Amid controversies that the biopic on Narendra Modi will render the BJP a fair chance of winning the lok sabha elections, the film is all set to hit the theatres on the 11th of April. The film, directed by Omung Kumar, has Vivek Oberoi in its lead role and is produced by Sandeep Ssingh.
“PM Narendra Modi is officially releasing on 11th April 2019”, tweeted Ssingh.

When on Thursday, we got to know that film will be delayed from its initial release date on April 5th, the censor board was still not ready to give any statement on its release as Congress leader Panwar’s petition had stirred debate on the release of the film affecting fair elections in the nation.
Vivek Oberoi, as an actor has huge admiration towards Mr. Modi. He had earlier said that the Congress was actually feared of the “chowkidar’s danda” and hence are opposing the releasing of the film in recent days.
While the film is all set to release on April 11, the day when the first phase of polling begins, the opposition’s petitions go unheard and the film producers’ side make huge victory.
The film’s official twitter handle tweeted yesterday, “When he speaks the world listens. Get ready to know the journey of PM Narendra Modi, now releasing April 11.”
