The biggest eCommerce retailer Amazon has extended its Package-Free-Shipping to over 100 cities in India.
Package Free Shipping, also known as PFS has been in service since June 2019, however it was only available to nine cities till now. But, owing to the current situation, Amazon has decided to expand its reach to more than 100 cities, ensuring minimum contact.

As of now, around 40% of the orders shipped from the brand’s warehouses were package free and provided greater security and convenience to the customers. Furthermore, The deliveries are transported using reusable totes.
however, only certain kinds of products can be used for PFS which includes accessories, home improvement products, shoes, luggage, etc. Liquids, fragile items, and personal care products that need additional protection during transportation continue to be shipped with packaging.
